About - Athens Ohio Cut Flowers
Our cut flower operation has been growing for 3 years on our seventh-generation family farm. Our flowers are available from late summer through fall, mainly through our flower cart sales and rentals.
We’re now expanding into winter flower production, focusing on ranunculus, anemones, snapdragons, and other cool-season blooms. This lets us offer fresh, locally grown flowers earlier in the year and extend the beauty of Libby’s Flower Farm beyond the summer and fall seasons.
Our Story
Libby’s Flower Farm was founded in 2023 while I was attending Ohio University. I’ve always loved growing flowers and wanted to try small-scale commercial cut flower production to provide quality cut flowers to a local pumpkin patch. Since then, the business has steadily expanded to include a pop-up flower cart and flower cart rental in Athens, Ohio.
Our Vision
Libby's Flower Farm is a small, family-run cut flower farm nestled in the hills of southeast Ohio. Every late summer and fall, our fields and greenhouse burst with vibrant, hand-grown blooms — from bold zinnias and velvety celosia to delicate globe amaranth. We believe flowers should be fresh, local, and grown with love. Whether you're building your own bouquet at the patch, catching our cart uptown in Athens, or renting the flower cart for your next special event, we're here to bring a little color and joy to your day.
